We are enthusiastic about helping organizations increase their workforce diversity, amongst others by finding highly qualified female and multicultural talents. We focus primarily on talents belonging to the top 10% of their peer group within the market. We define this as highly educated, dedicated professionals with strong interpersonal skills and an annual salary of approximately € 50,000 - € 200,000 gross per year. We want to match these professionals with influential managerial and specialist positions.
